Customer Strategy and Regulation (CS&R) is responsible for developing and implementing Sydney Water’s medium and long-term strategy. We do this in conjunction with the NSW Government and other key stakeholders.

CS&R is committed to understanding the needs and wants of our customers and the communities that we serve, across Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra. We want to make a difference: world-class water from our taps, beautiful waterways from the mountains to the sea.
